Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the contract for paid work — that lives in a separate proposal you sign. The prices and timelines shown here are indicative, not an offer.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of aebhub.com (the “Site”), operated by A&B Hub, a web development agency based in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.
2. What this Site is, and is not
The Site describes services we offer and lets you request a quote. It is informational.
Nothing on this Site is a binding offer. Submitting the form does not create a contract, does not reserve capacity in our schedule, and does not oblige either of us to proceed. A project begins only when both parties sign a written proposal.
3. Estimates are estimates
The Site publishes price ranges and delivery timelines so you can judge whether talking to us is worth your time. They are indicative figures based on typical projects and on market rates, not a quotation.
The price and schedule that bind us are the ones written in a signed proposal for your specific project, after we understand its scope. Those may be higher or lower than the ranges shown here.
Any statement we make about outcomes — search rankings, traffic, conversion, visibility in AI assistants — is an informed expectation, not a guarantee. Search engines and AI assistants are third-party systems whose behaviour we do not control and cannot promise. Where we commit to something measurable, it will be written into the proposal as an acceptance criterion, and that written criterion is what counts.
4. The scoping form
When you use the form, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. If you submit details about a business, you confirm you may act for it.
We treat what you send under our Privacy Policy. We aim to reply within one business day, but that is a service standard, not a contractual promise.
Do not submit confidential information you would not want read in an ordinary business email. If your project needs confidentiality before you can describe it, say so and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
5. Paid work is governed separately
If you engage us, the signed proposal and any statement of work govern that relationship: scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, acceptance criteria, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality and termination.
Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
6. Intellectual property
The Site—its text, layout, code, design and graphics—belongs to A&B Hub and is protected by copyright. The A&B Hub name, the wordmark and the hexagonal symbol are our marks.
You may read the Site, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy the design or substantial portions of the content to build a competing site, present our work as yours, or use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Work we produce for clients is assigned as set out in the relevant proposal. Reading this Site grants you no licence to anything.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its API or any connected system
- Probe or test the Site's security without written permission — ask us first and we will usually say yes
- Scrape the Site at a volume that degrades it for others, or evade the rate limit on the form
- Upload anything malicious, or use the Site for anything unlawful
The form is rate-limited. Repeated abuse may lead us to block access.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including altering the services described, without notice. Content may be updated or removed at any time.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
10. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
Content on the Site is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Do not act on it alone.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&B Hub and its founders will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Site — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Liability arising from a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this clause.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify A&B Hub against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to the Site are subject to the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
This clause covers the Site. Disputes arising from a signed client agreement are governed by the forum and law stated in that agreement, which may be different.
If you are a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of the place where you live.
14. General
- Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a provision once does not waive it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these terms. We may assign them to a successor of our business.
- Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us regarding the Site.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
